- A forecasting workshop in Norman. Why they would hold an interesting session at night beats me -- it's perfectly fine for anyone traveling here to attend, but not as comfortable for the locals. But they did and data assimilation is a topic I'm becoming very interested in.
- Wednesday bridge game at the club. It is difficult to get three tables together these days and it'd be hard to back out once the game is officially "on".
- The author Qui Xialong was speaking at the Sam Noble museum. The sinophile that I am, I'd borrowed a book of his (When Red is Black) from the public library and was looking forward to hearing him speak.
So, guess where I was on Wednesday night.
