The nine-year old was very excited. He'd gotten a letter from "someone in South Dakota".
It was Citibank offering him a credit card.
"Can I get it, please?," he asked.
"But how are you going to pay the credit card?," I asked him, "you know you have to pay the credit card company for whatever you spend on the card, right?"
"It says here that they will give me $100 dollars if I apply for the card," he countered, "I will buy a Wii for $100 and then pay them back with the $100 they give me. I won't spend anything else."
He has it all figured out, doesn't he?
